GROVER WEHMAN-BROWN
Grover Wehman-Brown is a writer, poet, and the Deputy Director of Communications for Showing Up For Racial Justice (SURJ).
Grover's writing on homelessness, gender, sexuality, and cultural politics has been published in venues such as the Huffington Post, the Establishment, Innovate413, Writers Resist, Street Spirit, and Gertrude Press.com. Grover created the podcast Masculine Birth Ritual, conversations about masculine-of-center queer & trans birth.
Grover holds a PhD and MA in Communication from the University of North Carolina and a BFA in Writing for Poetry, Publication, and Media from the Pratt Institute.
